Freedom Forever
An old mirror frame and pieces of old pictures frames were used as the substrate for this art piece. I glued pieces of the USA Constitution and Declaration of Independence over the top of the picture frame pieces and painted the blue area and the red and white stripes. I spray painted wooden stars and glued them on. I added wooden dowel and natural rope to the outer perimeter of the flag area. It has several coats of polyurethane. It measures 49 3/4" x 34".

Lit
I stained the frame from an old folding table, adding 1/4" plywood to the top as the substrate. I used old frame pieces, parts of an easel and a piece of wood from a piano, liquor "nipper" bottles, perfume bottles, decorative bottles, wine corks, wine labels from a book, vintage glass furniture floor glides and a string the lights twinkle lights. There is a remote control for the electric twinkle lights. This measures 27"x27" and has a French cleat for hanging.

Piano Chords Major
Piano Chords Minor
Two vintage doors were used as the substrate for these two pieces of art. Hammers from an antique piano, vintage piano sheet music, piano strings, brass pipes from an old lamp, paint and polyurethane used to make these two art pieces. The hammers are still hinged and can move. Both pieces have wire hangers and measure 33" x 20 1/2". For sale $1,350.00.
Steampunk Girl
I used a wooden box cover, scrapbook paper, a magazine image of girls face that fit the size of my old glasses, watch faces, faux flowers and leaves, a vintage metal brooch that opens and has lip gloss in it, metal gears and cogs, metal buttons, flower charms, old postage stamps, a chain, a music box that plays the song 'Evergreen', wire, and metal earrings to create this artwork. It measures 11 1/4" x 14 3/4" and has a wire hanger on the back. $350.00 Not for sale.
Workshop Essence
All the pieces of wood were leftovers from projects I had been working on. They were in the bucket to be thrown in the fire, but I had a better idea. I glued them into a 1/4" backer board and added a pine frame and coated it with several coats of polyurethane. It has a wire hanger on the back and measures 26" x 26".

Window Box
Wood, a piece of glass from a picture frame, white fabric, a metal heat plate from my old car, the top from a couple sewing tins, a bird I found on the side of the road and flowers I made with paper and floral wire for the stems were used to create this assemblage. I made a string spider web and a bead and paper spider which I painted black. Acrylic paint topped with polyurethane completed this art piece.
It has a hanger wire on the back and measures 20 1/2" x 26 1/2".

Thailand Pond
A 1/4" piece of plywood was used as the substrate in this piece of artwork. I used, sequins, beads, string, vinyl window curtains, shoestring, driftwood, stones, paper, lace, wooden puzzle pieces, and acrylic paint framed with pine and coated with several coats of polyurethane. It has a wire hanger on the back and measures 25 1/2" x 25 3/8".

Fisheyes in Disguise
A 1/4" piece of plywood was used as the substrate for this piece of artwork. Bamboo beads from a doorway room divider are the background pieces, a pair of sunglasses, doorknob stoppers, Popsicle sticks, art sticks, clay and acrylic paint with a topcoat of polyurethane. It's hung with a wire hanger on the back. 26 1/4" x 20".

Lily Pond
A 1/4" piece of plywood was used as the substrate for this piece of artwork. Sculpey clay was used for the lily pad, the frog head and the salamander, sliced wooden pieces were used as the leaves, plastic lined with fabric was used for the wings on the dragonflies and butterflies, ceramic tile used for the water, and acrylic was used. The entire art piece was coated with several layers of polyurethane. It has a wire hanger on the back. 26 1/4" x 20.

Burst of Summer
The backing is an old water heater cover. I used shelf brackets painted yellow for the petals, added vintage fabric and glued hand-dyed half glass beads around the edges. I wrapped pencils with green duct tape and put clear push pins into the erasers. The center is an old stove pipe cover, a metal piece from a candle, and thick cording. Large paperclips and metal bees were also used. A metal chain is the hanging device as it is very heavy. 30" round. For sale $695.00.
Chicken Assemblage
An old door was used as the substrate for this art piece. I stabilized the hinge and cleaned the surface maintaining the vintage look of the original paint. I painted the chickens using acrylic paint, glued sand, dried corn and crushed shells throughout the painting. I attached rusted chicken wire over the painting using staples and then nailed old molding around the outside edge of the chicken wire. Approximate size is 28"x35". $500.00. Sold
God's Compass
I used half inch plywood as the substrate for this assemblage. Glass wall tile, seashells, carpet, bamboo flooring, a plastic compass, wooden blocks, the lid to a decorative tin with a reproduction of an Alfonse Mucha painting on it, nylon rope, metal molding, metal nuts, a penny, hinges, flat metal bar, printed paper, sand, stones, screws, beads, buttons, metal door pull, dowels, and pine boards. It has French cleats for hanging. It measures 40"x 55 1/2".

Interwoven Winter
I used a vintage loom as the base for this art piece. Acrylic paint was used to paint the winter scene and I wrote the original poetry. Embroidery thread, beads, thick painted paper, gesso, popsicle sticks, red shoelace, toothpick, rocks, buttons, sticks, snowman pin, necklace charm, small cardinal birds, 1/4" plywood, a wooden doll, polyurethane, and I crocheted the scarf in this assemblage. Five scorpion skeletons, a coyote skull with partial vertebrae, railroad spikes, crushed metal funnel, dried saguaro cactus, a plastic elephant, porcelain baby arm plus more are from Arizona. This is made with shoestring, sand, cotton, wicker basket pieces, brown paper, broken glass shards, sawdust, beads, faux moss, broken skewers along with acrylic paint and topped with several layers of polyurethane. Night Owls
The background is ceramic tile. The owls are made using, leather, metal advertising buttons, black half glass beads, marker and feathers. Silk leaves and plastic beads along with acrylic paint make up the rest of the piece. It is coated with several layers of polyurethane. This has a wire hanger on the back.
